Job summary

Regions Bank in Hoover, AL is seeking a Contact Center Priority Banker to provide full-service banking to affluent clients through guidance and education on Regions’ financial products. The role coordinates with experts for complex goals and maintains accountability for customer outcomes.

You will meet targets, handle inbound/outbound calls, educate on loans/deposits, and resolve issues with limited supervision. Fluency in Spanish/English is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Two years of experience in customer service, sales, or banking.
• Ability to observe on-screen text and images.
• Ability to communicate verbally with headset or mic.
• Ability to type and use a keyboard/mouse.
• Ability to work at a computer for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Achieves Contact Center targets and goals by identifying customer needs and providing appropriate advice, guidance, and education on Regions’ financial products and services
• Achieves required levels of inbound/outbound phone calls from the top 10% of Regions customer base
• Educates and advises customers on products and services, including all loan and deposit types
• Takes ownership of customer issues and works proactively with the customer for resolution
• Refers customers to an internal team of experts when complex financial goals and needs are recognized
• Completes work with a limited degree of supervision
