Job summary

Regions Financial seeks a full-time contact center associate to help customers with banking products, answer questions, and guide them to the best solutions. You will handle inbound and some outbound calls, educate on loans and deposits, and coordinate with specialists when needed.

The role rewards strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to work at a computer, with performance targets and potential overtime eligibility. In-office training is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years in customer service, sales, or banking.
• Able to observe on-screen text and images accurately.
• Able to detect verbal information and communicate clearly using headset.
• Able to use keyboard and mouse to interact with systems.
• Capable of working at a computer for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and advise on Regions financial products and services.
• Meet inbound/outbound call targets from Regions customer base.
• Educate customers on loan and deposit products and services.
• Own customer issues and drive resolutions.
• Refer complex needs to internal experts when needed.
• Complete work with limited supervision.
