CSL is seeking a donor center attendant in Springdale, AR. You will greet donors, verify eligibility, and guide them through the screening process. The role involves health checks, data entry, and answering donor questions while upholding SOPs and safety standards.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 months in clerical or customer service roles, a high school diploma, and the ability to perform basic math. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are highly preferred but not required.

Formación

• Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish).
• Experience in clerical or customer service roles preferred.
• Basic math calculation ability.

Responsabilidades

• Greet donors and verify eligibility for plasma pheresis.
• Perform screening interviews and health checks (BP, pulse, weight, temperature).
• Explain procedures and center policies to donors; answer questions.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic system.
• May assist with donor registration and transfer; answer phones as needed.
• Ensure safety and confidentiality; follow SOPs and OSHA guidelines.
• May be cross-trained in other areas as needed.
