Job summary

CSL Plasma in Brownsville, Texas is seeking a friendly donor center associate to greet donors, complete registration steps, and verify donor suitability for pheresis procedures. You will support screening, health history checks, basic physicals, and data entry in our donor information system.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in medical or health provider environment or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations

Responsibilities

• Greeting donors at the plasma collection center and conducting registration procedures.
• Assisting with screening procedures including health history, medical questions, and basic health measurements.
• Educating donors about the donation process and center policies after training.
• Cross-training in other areas as needed to support operations.
• Maintaining donor data in the electronic donor information system.
• Ensuring safety and confidentiality in line with HSE and OSHA policies.
