Job summary

IQVIA is hiring a Bi-lingual Pharmacy Support Call Center Representative for a 100% remote contract role open to remote US residents. The position focuses on payment assistance solutions, card activation, program eligibility, and support for patients, pharmacies, and providers.

Employment may convert to full-time at IQVIA. The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, Pharmacy Technician experience, HIPAA certification, and 3+ years call center experience.

Qualifications

• Bi-lingual English/Spanish required.
• 3+ years call center experience preferred.
• HIPAA knowledge/certification.
• Pharmacy Technician experience required.
• Experience in medical claim processing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial support for customer requests via telephone, email, fax, or other available means of contact to the Support Center.
• Quickly assess the user's issue and provide first level support for problem resolution.
• Document information specific to the resolution and escalates unresolved issues expeditiously to the appropriate area.
• Recognize operational challenges and suggest recommendations to management, as necessary.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week under moderate supervision.
• Shift options available: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST; 9:00 am - 6:00 pm EST; 10:00 am - 7:00 pm EST; 11:00 am - 8:00 pm EST.
