During training, you may work at different locations before permanent assignment. A strong emphasis on multi-channel communication and client relations supports long-term growth within the bank.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Ability to explain banking products and services clearly.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfort with multi-channel client interactions (phone, chat, email).
• Basic math and computer skills to navigate banking systems.

Responsabilités

• Deliver outstanding client experience through calls and chats with BOKF clients.
• Demonstrate sound decision making, escalate concerns when needed.
• Educate clients about online banking, Bill Pay, eStatements, mobile banking.
• Recommend a full range of consumer products and services to help clients reach goals.
• Participate in training and coaching to improve product knowledge and client relations.
