Job summary

BOK Financial is seeking a Bilingual Personal Banker II in Santa Fe to deliver exceptional client experiences across in-person, phone, chat, and email interactions. You will participate in a nine-week Banking Navigator training program designed to equip you with the skills and confidence to succeed as a Personal Banker and drive client growth.

During training, you’ll receive hands-on guidance from a dedicated success team and complete on-the-job learning.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3+ years in sales or customer service.
• Knowledge of consumer financial products.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work across channels (in person, phone, chat, email).

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client experience to build, expand, and retain long-term client relationships.
• Resolve a variety of moderate to complex client problems and escalate issues when appropriate.
• Perform teller transactions and assist clients with deposits, withdrawals, and balances.
• Ensure brand experience through best-in-class client service and adherence to standards.
• Engage in professional development through training and coaching to enhance product, systems, sales, and client relations skills.
