You will present PNC solutions, engage customers with meaningful conversations, partner with ecosystem collaborators to grow wallet share, and deliver a differentiated experience through lobby engagement and outreach.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent required; 3+ years related experience preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of banking products and services; ability to learn and apply procedures.
• Strong communication and customer service skills; bilingual Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve the customer's financial wellbeing.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer's share of wallet.
• Position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
• Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions with a defined sales process.
