BOK Financial is seeking a Bilingual Personal Banker to join our Banking Navigator program—a 9-week training sequence designed to equip you with the skills and confidence to excel. In this role you will deliver exceptional client experiences across in-person and digital channels.

During the 9-week program you will receive hands-on guidance from a dedicated team, with self-paced eLearning, on-the-job training, and skill-building exercises.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1+ years of sales or customer service experience.
• Knowledge of consumer financial products and services.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow established standards and escalate when appropriate.
• Solid math skills for account reconciliation.
• Proficient with PC applications and ability to learn internal systems.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client experience to build, expand, and retain long‑term client relationships.
• Open a full range of retail products, including loan products for new and existing clients.
• Educate clients about online banking, Bill Pay, E‑Statements, and mobile/ATM deposits.
• Resolve a variety of simple to moderate client problems with high satisfaction.
• Provide teller transactions and deepen client relationships.
• Comply with internal controls, audits, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in training and coaching to enhance product knowledge and client relations.
