Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales, retail, or customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus.
• Knowledge of consumer financial products.
• Basic understanding of banking laws and procedures.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn digital banking tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client experience to build, expand, and retain long-term client relationships.
• Open a full range of retail products and make recommendations during routine banking center service and teller transactions.
• Educate clients about online banking, Bill Pay, E-Statements, and mobile/ATM deposit capabilities.
• Resolve a variety of simple to moderate client problems while ensuring high client satisfaction.
• Provide teller transactions and identify opportunities to deepen client relationships.
• Comply with internal controls, audit, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in training and development to enhance product, systems knowledge, sales, and client relations skills.
