Job summary
Therapy 2000 is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to provide pediatric home-based therapy across Texas families. You will assess, plan, and implement therapy, partnering with families to support growth and development in comfortable home settings.

Qualifications
- Current/active license to practice Speech Language Pathology in Texas.
- Innovative spirit and a demonstrated history of reliability.
- Flexibility to shift resources and priorities as needed based on business needs.
- Ability to use common workplace technology (laptop, phone, email, web browser).
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations using standardized tests to determine therapy needs.
- Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physicians' orders.
- Create home exercise programs with patients' caregivers.
- Collaborate with other providers to coordinate patient care.
- Meet minimum patient visit targets weekly as required by the agency.
- Complete chart updates, progress summaries, call logs, and paperwork on time.
