Therapy 2000 is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide home-based pediatric therapy in Texas. You will evaluate, plan and implement therapy, and collaborate with families and healthcare providers to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Current/active license to practice Speech Language Pathology in Texas.
• Innovative spirit with a history of reliability.
• Flexibility to shift resources and priorities as needed.
• Ability to use standard workplace technology (laptop, phone, email, web browser).

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physicians' orders.
• Develop home exercise programs with patients' caregivers.
• Collaborate and coordinate care between providers and disciplines.
• Complete minimum number of patient visits weekly as required.
• Meet deadlines for chart updates, progress summaries, call logs and paperwork.
• Meet with agency personnel to maintain understanding of expectations and standards.
• Comply with agency policies and procedures.
• Adhere to laws applicable to home-health pediatric SLP.
