Qualifications

• Texas licensure in Speech-Language Pathology required.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive pediatric speech therapy evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physicians' orders.
• Create home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Coordinate care with other providers and disciplines.
• Complete required patient visits and documentation on time.
• Adhere to agency policies, regulations, and ethics in home-health SLP practice.
