THERAPY 2000 in Texas is seeking a licensed Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to provide home-health services. You will perform evaluations, develop and implement therapy plans, and coordinate care with families and medical teams to support children's growth in a home environment.

Qualifications

• Current/active license to practice Speech Language Pathology in Texas.

Responsabilités

• Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations using standardized tests to determine therapy needs.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physicians' orders.
• Create home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Collaborate with other providers to coordinate care.
• Complete minimum weekly patient visits as required.
• Maintain timely chart updates, progress summaries, and documentation.
• Adhere to agency policies, ethics, and regulations for home-health pediatric SLPs.
