Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on physician orders.
• Create home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Collaborate with other providers to coordinate care.
• Meet minimum weekly patient visits as required.
• Document progress via charts, summaries, logs and notes.
• Uphold agency policies, timelines, and regulatory standards.
• Adhere to home-health pediatrics ethical and legal guidelines.
