Qualifications

• Active license to practice Speech Language Pathology in Texas.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations using standardized tests to determine therapy needs.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physicians’ orders.
• Create home exercise programs with patients’ caregivers.
• Collaborate with other providers to coordinate care across the patient’s medical network.
• Meet weekly patient visit quotas and complete chart updates and progress notes on time.
• Maintain adherence to agency policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
