Job summary
Therapy 2000 seeks a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to work in a home-based setting across Texas. You will evaluate, plan, and deliver pediatric speech therapy, coordinating care with caregivers and medical teams.

- Current/active license to practice Speech Language Pathology in Texas.

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations using standardized tests to determine therapy needs.
- Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physicians’ orders.
- Create home exercise programs with caregivers.
- Collaborate with other providers to coordinate care.
- Meet required weekly patient visits.
- Complete chart updates, progress summaries, and logs on time.
- Coordinate with agency personnel to meet high-quality care standards.
- Comply with all policies, ethics guidelines, and laws for home-health pediatric SLP.
