Therapy 2000 is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to provide pediatric services in Texas. You will evaluate needs, design therapy plans, and develop home exercise programs in partnership with families, coordinating care with other providers.

The role emphasizes reliability, flexibility, and use of standard clinic technologies, with care delivered in clients' homes across the region.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Speech Language Pathologist license is required.
• Innovative spirit and reliable track record are expected.
• Flexibility to shift resources and priorities as needed in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to use common workplace technology (laptop, phone, email, browser).

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations using standardized tests to assess therapy needs.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physicians’ orders.
• Create home exercise programs in collaboration with caregivers.
• Collaborate with other providers to coordinate patient care in the medical neighborhood.
• Meet weekly visit minimums and complete chart updates and documentation on time.
• Adhere to agency policies, ethics rules, and applicable laws for pediatric home-health therapy.
