Job summary
Therapy 2000 is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide home-based pediatric therapy across Texas. You will conduct evaluations, design and implement therapy plans, and partner with families to help children reach their goals.
Ideal candidates bring a TX SLP license, reliability, and flexibility to adjust care as needs change. You will utilize standard tech tools and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Current/active Texas SLP license.
- Innovative and reliable professional.
- Flexible to shift priorities based on business needs.
- Ability to use common workplace technology (laptop, phone, email, browser).
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations using standardized tests.
- Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physician orders.
- Create home exercise programs with caregivers.
- Collaborate with other providers to coordinate patient care.
- Meet weekly visit minimums and complete chart updates and summaries.
- Adhere to agency policies, ethics, and home-health standards.
