Therapy 2000 in Texas seeks a licensed pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to provide home-based therapy across Texas families. You will evaluate, plan, and implement treatment per physician orders, and collaborate with caregivers and other professionals to support each child's growth.

Qualifications

• Current active TX SLP license.
• Innovative and reliable professional.
• Flexible to shift resources as needed.
• Proficient with basic tech (laptop, email, browser).

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans per physicians' orders.
• Develop home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Collaborate with providers to coordinate care.
• Complete minimum weekly patient visits as required.
• Meet deadlines for chart updates and documentation.
• Maintain understanding of agency expectations and standards.
• Adhere to all laws and ethics in home-health pediatrics.
