You will perform standard payroll duties, ensure compliance with policies, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• 3–5 years of payroll/finance experience preferred.
• Multi-state payroll processing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Inputs data to payroll systems for weekly and semi-monthly payroll, updates earnings/deductions, runs pre-payroll audits.
• Computes wage/overtime, records deductions, processes off-cycle payments, and handles overpayments.
• Answers payroll questions via email/phone while ensuring policy compliance.
• Audits earnings/deductions, reviews outputs, and prepares management reports.
• Maintains confidentiality of employee and company data.
