Responsibilities

• Manages patient registration, insurance verification, scheduling and cash receipting.
• Arranges arrival/departure desk activities per guidelines for accurate patient experience.
• Encourages use of front-end technology during the registration process.
• Maintains confidential patient information related to insurance and billing.
