The Moses/Weitzman Health System is seeking a Patient Service Associate to be the first point of contact for patients, greeting and scheduling, handling phone calls, and entering data in the electronic health record. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, confidentiality, and multi-tasking in a busy clinic setting.

Requirements include an Associates degree in a medical office field or medical assistant program and bilingual Spanish skills.

• Associates degree or medical office/medical assistant degree required.
• Bilingual skills, Spanish speaking, required.
• Excellent customer service skills and communication abilities.
• Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Healthcare experience preferred but not required.

Mansioni

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors and callers.
• Oversee reception area ambiance and efficiency.
• Greet patients and assist visitors as appropriate.
• Review daily schedules for accuracy and fill appointment opportunities.
• Schedule/reschedule appointments per guidelines.
• Verify and update patient demographics, insurance information, and forms.
• Reconcile daily patient visits and ensure records balance.
• Answer and direct calls, document in EHR per guidelines.
