Moses Lake Community Health Center in Quincy is hiring a Customer Care Representative to be the first point of contact for patients. The role focuses on delivering warm, empathetic service while handling scheduling, information accuracy, and basic clerical duties.

Qualified candidates read and speak Spanish, with a background in business school or an associate degree, and experience with EHR or practice management systems.

• Must read and speak Spanish.
• Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication and basic computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent service to patients and colleagues by phone and in person.
• Schedule medical and behavioral health appointments per procedures.
• Verify accuracy of patient information in the practice management system at check-in.
• Make recall and outreach calls to support continuity of care.
• Assist the medical team by relaying requests and troubleshooting issues.
• Adapt to changes in EHR and PM systems and participate in training.
