North Texas Area Community Health Centers is seeking a Patient Services Representative to join our team in Fort Worth, TX. This role handles front desk duties, patient registrations, and call-center support, ensuring a positive patient experience and accurate data entry.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, strong communication, and bilingual English/Spanish skills. Prior experience with EHR systems and insurance verification is preferred in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Healthcare front office, medical reception, call center, or patient registration experience preferred.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance verification is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming calls professionally and assist patients with questions.
• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments.
• Register new patients and verify insurance information.
• Collect copayments and process payments.
• Maintain accurate patient records in the EHR system.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Provide excellent customer service over the phone and at the front desk.
