FIRST CHOICE COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTERS INC is seeking a Patient Service Representative to be the first point of contact for patients, families, and staff. The ideal candidate speaks Spanish, has strong communication skills, and can manage front desk tasks, scheduling, and data entry using standard practice management systems.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in Spanish and English.
• Prior front desk experience in medical/dental clinics preferred.
• Strong computer skills including MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out patients; collect co-pays and billing information.
• Provide new/returning patients with forms and update demographic, insurance, and financial data.
• Greet patients professionally and answer calls, directing to appropriate staff.
• Schedule patient appointments and follow-up visits across locations.
• Verify patient information and maintain accurate medical/dental records.
• Assist with billing research, denials, and daily office operations.
• Back-up for call center and perform general office duties.
