CORA Physical Therapy is seeking a Patient Services Coordinator to join our outpatient clinics in Florida. You’ll greet patients, manage calls, verify insurance, and coordinate referrals to ensure a smooth first visit and ongoing care.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and build rapport at front desk.
• Screen and answer incoming calls; take messages and relay information.
• Verify outpatient therapy insurance benefits and explain financial responsibilities.
• Manage incoming physician referrals and prescriptions; communicate visit expectations.
• Scan insurance and ID cards into patient files.
• Collect co-pays/deductibles, provide receipts, and balance daily collections.
