Qualifications

• HS Diploma required.
• 2+ years relevant experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Familiar with an office setting.
• Prior customer service experience.
• Must be articulate with good interpersonal skills.
• Typing at least 20 words per minute.
• Ability to enter data accurately.
• Willingness to complete assigned tasks on schedule.

Responsabilités

• Make appointments for patients.
• Pickup and route phone calls; transfer messages as appropriate.
• Verify insurance during registration.
• Review patient documents to determine eligibility for insurance or Sliding Fee Scale.
• Greet patients and resolve complaints; provide excellent customer service.
