Responsibilities

• Greet patients with excellent customer service and professionalism.
• Schedule appointments, including virtual visits and pre-authorized procedures.
• Register patients, verify demographics and insurance, and collect information.
• Check in/out patients and ensure documentation is complete.
• Perform translation duties as needed and input data into the EMR.
• Coordinate referrals, follow ups, and patient portal activation.
• Assist with cashiering tasks and financial processes per policy.
