Qualifications

• Medical scheduling experience required.
• Spanish bilingual required.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, schedule appointments, route calls, and address patient needs.

• Educate patients on documents needed for service.
• Enter and retrieve data in the EMR system.
• Communicate with care team as needed.
