Qualifications

• One (1) year of prior experience in an office or health-related position.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and assist with check-in process.
• Make appointments and educate clients regarding necessary documents.
• Accurately enter and maintain data on IHC's computer system.
• Assist in determining eligibility for Medicaid or Medicare part D.
