Qualifications

• Customer- or patient-facing experience (1+ year).
• Able to multitask and stay organized.
• Comfortable phone communication with professionalism.
• Basic computer skills: scheduling software, emails, spreadsheets.
• No prior medical experience required; training provided.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming first impression for patients and visitors.
• Front desk duties: check-in/out, scheduling, insurance verification, calls.
• Review referrals, update records, explain next steps.
• Maintain patient flow by managing appointments and waitlists.
• Process copays and payments accurately.
• Protect HIPAA and patient privacy.
