Job summary

The PCC will handle scheduling, explain treatment options and insurance coverage, and ensure a welcoming patient experience. Travel for training may be required, and full-time benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in customer service, sales, receptionist roles or equivalent.
• Healthcare or dental setting experience preferred.
• Experience with dental practice management software (Denticon/Dentrix) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients in a timely, professional and engaging manner.
• Maintain a productive daily schedule and schedule future appointments with patients and dental staff.
• Provide patient consultations and communicate information about treatments, costs, insurance, and payment options.
• Contact patients to follow up on visits and build lasting patient relations.
• Ensure compliance with health, privacy, and safety regulations.
• Travel as needed for training and to perform job functions.
