Job summary

Sonrava is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our dental team in California. The PCC will greet patients warmly, introduce them to our office, coordinate treatment services, and cultivate lasting relationships through outstanding customer service.

You will manage appointment scheduling, discuss treatment plans and costs, verify insurance, and maintain accurate patient records while ensuring privacy and safety compliance. Bilingual Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Prior customer service experience required.
• Healthcare or dental setting preferred.
• Experience with insurance verification preferred.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients professionally and engagingly.
• Schedule daily and future appointments with staff and patients.
• Explain treatments, costs, insurance coverage, and payment options.
• Follow up with patients to build lasting relations.
• Ensure compliance with health, privacy, and safety regulations.
• Travel as needed for training and to perform job functions.
