Job summary

Western Dental is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to greet patients warmly, introduce them to our office, and coordinate treatment services. You will cultivate lasting patient relationships using excellent communication and a customer‑service mindset, with a focus on sales opportunities and patient satisfaction.

The role requires bilingual Spanish proficiency and a commitment to privacy, health, and safety standards in a dental setting. On-site work and travel for training may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years in customer service or sales, preferably in healthcare/dental.
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Denticon/Dentrix preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients in a timely, professional and engaging manner.
• Maintain a productive daily schedule and schedule future appointments in coordination with patients and dental staff.
• Provide patient consultations and communicate information about recommended treatments, cost of service, insurance coverage and payment options.
• Contact patients to follow up on visits and to build lasting patient relationsships.
• Ensure compliance with health, privacy, and safety regulations.
• Travel as needed for training and to perform job functions.
