Competenze

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 2 years of customer service role, sales, receptionist, or equivalent preferably in a healthcare or dental settingExperience with dental practice management software such as Denticon/Dentrix preferred
• Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, office staff, and third party stakeholders
• Attention to detail in maintaining patient records and managing financial transactions
