Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle patient referrals and coordinate with providers.
• Manage prior authorizations for services.

• Support patients facing challenges such as lack of insurance, transportation, or language barriers.
• Collaborate with internal departments like the enrollment team.
• Track care coordination to ensure follow-through and close the loop on services.
