Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED is required.
• 2+ years of Medical office experience, or relevant customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in arrival/departure activities and patient check-in/out.
• Manage patient calls, inquiries, and scheduling in EMR.
• Update patient insurance/billing information and collect copays.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain patient flow.
• Coordinate across POS and pre-processing areas as needed.

Education

HS Diploma/GED

Advanced degree may be considered in lieu of experience
