Job summary

The Addison Group is seeking a Bilingual Patient Service Representative in Wilmington, DE to assist patients navigating the healthcare system. This patient-facing administrative role focuses on referrals, authorizations, and care plan follow-through.

The position requires Spanish/English bilingual skills, a high school diploma, and experience in healthcare or patient service. Typical hours are Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English proficiency required.
• Experience in healthcare, insurance, or patient service preferred.
• Customer service experience in a healthcare setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle patient referrals and coordinate withProviders
• Manage prior authorizations for services
• Communicate with patients by phone to resolve barriers to care
• Support patients facing insurance, transportation, or language barriers
• Collaborate with enrollment and other internal teams to ensure care continuity
• Track care coordination and ensure follow-through on services
