Job summary

The role requires bilingual Spanish/English communication and strong data-entry accuracy. Based in our Burlington CHC, you will interact with patients, verify insurance, and coordinate with the Center Manager to address denied claims while maintaining confidentiality and high service levels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1–2 years of customer service in healthcare preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish/English required.

Responsibilities

• Check in patients and complete registration data.
• Schedule patient appointments for medical and/or dental sites.
• Ensure HIPAA privacy compliance and accurate data entry.
• Coordinate with Center Manager to process denied claims and reduce errors.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively.
