Job summary

Claremedica Health Partners, LLC is seeking a Patient Care Concierge I (Bilingual- Spanish) to be the first point of contact for patients at our Miami center. You will greet patients, manage front desk operations, schedule appointments, and assist with check-in/out while coordinating with medical staff to deliver excellent patient care.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and computer skills, with a willingness to travel locally up to 10% and a focus on HIPAA-compliant handling

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in a medical clinic or customer service.
• BLS may be preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel locally up to 10% as needed.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to type 40 WPM.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally.
• Manage front office operations and patient flow.
• Register new patients and handle check-in/check-out processes.
• Answer phone calls professionally and document messages.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments.
• Verify patient demographics and insurance information; collect copays.
• Maintain provider schedules and ensure accurate appointment types.
• Process end-of-day reconciliation reports and report cash received.
