PsychPlus in Houston, TX seeks a bilingual Patient Billing Representative to support patients with billing inquiries in English and Spanish. You will respond to calls, voicemails, and emails, document interactions, and escalate complex issues to the right teams.

You have a high school diploma, healthcare billing experience preferred, and excellent communication, organization, and discretion with confidential information. This is an on-site, full-time role.

Formación

• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare administration training is a plus.
• Experience in patient billing, healthcare customer service, or related administrative role preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
• Excellent customer service, problem-solving, organization, and time-management skills.
• Comfortable using email, phone systems, spreadsheets, and billing software.
• Ability to handle confidential patient and financial information with discretion.
• Ability to work full-time on-site at the PsychPlus Houston office.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to patient inquiries regarding billing by phone, voicemail, and email.
• Communicate billing information clearly to English- and Spanish-speaking patients.
• Return voicemails and follow up on outstanding inquiries in a timely manner.
• Document all communications and actions in the appropriate systems.
• Route complex billing issues and account discrepancies to internal teams.
