PsychPlus is seeking a Patient Billing & Customer Service Representative for our Houston onsite team. You will be the primary contact for patients with questions about billing, payments, and balances, leveraging healthcare RCM experience to resolve issues with empathy.

Preferred bilingual English/Spanish communication and a patient-centered approach help ensure accurate account handling and a positive patient experience throughout the billing journey.

Qualifikationen

• Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) experience
• Customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with patients about billing and finances

• Ability to manage multiple calls, voicemails, and emails
• Problem-solving and account research skills
