The successful candidate will verify insurance benefits, follow SOPs, and maintain patient information with confidentiality.

Qualifications

• One year of exceptional customer service experience with diverse populations.
• Experience with insurance verification and benefits eligibility.
• Ability to follow SOPs and scheduling guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Answer incoming calls and messages; schedule appointments for clinical and mental health services.
• Assist patients with pre-registration and insurance verification during front-office visits.
• Collect payments and inform patients about billing processes; refer to billing as needed.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and care access.
• Communicate effectively with staff and patients while maintaining confidentiality.
