Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Practice Representative for the Chelsea Laboratory in Chelsea, MA. The role involves greeting patients, handling check-in/check-out, registration, scheduling, and front-desk operations in a multiservice outpatient setting.

Fluency in English and Spanish is important for serving our diverse patient population. The position offers a day shift, 40 hours per week, and on-site work with parking provided.

Qualificações

• Greet patients and visitors at check-in/check-out.
• Register patients and verify demographics/insurance.
• Collect co-pays and schedule appointments.
• Proficient with computer systems and Epic experience is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and helpful manner.
• Check patients in and out for appointments.
• Register patients and verify demographic, insurance, and billing info.
• Collect required co-payments.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, mammograms, ultrasounds, lab services, and follow-ups.
• Prepare schedules and medical records as needed.
• Complete visit and billing documentation.
