Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all individuals.
• Register patients: arrival and check-in functions.
• Collect patient demographics and insurance information for registration.
• Obtain signatures and information at arrival.
• Escalate complex registrations to experienced team members.
• Perform real-time insurance eligibility and benefits verification.
