Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• 0-1 years related work experience required.
• Basic familiarity with computers.
• Ability to navigate basic level within web-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and helpful manner.
• Check patients in and out for appointments.
• Register patients and verify demographic, insurance, and billing information.
• Collect required co-payments.
• Schedule and confirm appointments and follow-up care.
• Provide patients with preparation instructions and appointment information.
• Complete reminder and outreach calls.
• Cross-train and provide front-desk coverage across services.
