Responsibilities

• Greets patients and visitors with courtesy, service, respect and privacy.
• Serves as a central communication source for patient care.
• Takes complete and accurate information from patients/callers.
• Performs check in, registration, scheduling, and verification of demographics.
• Registers patients in the computer system and ensures data accuracy.
• Schedules, reschedules, and cancels appointments to accommodate needs.
• Obtains referrals and collects co-pays.
• Provides Spanish translation when needed.
