O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to provide top-notch service to retail and installer customers and to support store management in daily tasks.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities include greeting customers, helping select merchandise, processing transactions, handling exchanges/returns, answering calls, and assisting with stock, planograms, and basic in-store services as trained.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Follow and promote all company customer service programs, e.g. Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, Rock the Call, Related Selling, Rock the Lot.
• Greet retail/walk-in customers and assist them in selecting merchandise.
• Assist managers and installer service specialists with professional customers as needed.
• Process exchanges and returns for credit per company policies.
• Answer store phone calls and look up parts, quote prices, and upsell related items.
• Maintain and secure cash drawer, process transactions accurately.
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Assist with stock updates, planogram changes, and inventory tasks.
• Perform in-store services like battery tests, wipers, and other minor services where allowed.
