O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to both retail and installer customers. You will greet customers, assist with parts selection, process transactions, handle returns, and support store operations.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, especially Spanish speakers. The role involves assisting management and installer service staff, handling phone inquiries, and ensuring policy-compliant customer care.

• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsabilités

• Greet retail/walk-in customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Assist management and installer service specialists with professional customers.
• Process transactions, returns, and exchanges according to policy.
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Support store operations including stocking, planogram updates, and image maker tasks.
• Perform in-store services (e.g., install wipers, test batteries) as trained.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed.
